Public Meetings Held During Public Health Emergency due to COVID-19

While the August 12, 2020 Regular Meeting has been caneceled due to the curent Health Emergency.  The September 9, 2020 Meeting will be open the Public and will conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law and Community Development district, subject to recent Executive Orders 20-69, 20-112, 20-114, 20-150, and 20-179 issued by Governor DeSantis on March 20, 2020, April 29, 2020, May 8, 2020, June 23, 2020, and July 29, 2020 respectively.  The Meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified in the record of such meeting.

At this time it is necessary to hold the above referenced meeting of the District's Board of Supervisors utilitzing communications techonology due the the current COVID-19 public health emergency, the District fully encourages public participation in a safe and efficient manner.  Toward that end, anyone wishing to listen and participate in the meeting can do so by calling the number and entering the following code in the date and time of the meeting.  Additionally, participants are encouraged to submit questions and comments to the district Manager in advance at to facilitate the Board's consideration of such questions and comments during the meeting.

The Fiscal Year 2020 Regular Meetings of the Board of Supervisors of the Esplanade Lake Club Community Development District are scheduled to be held at 2:00 P.M. on the second Thursday of each month at Waldrop Engineering, 28100 Bonita Grande Drive, Suite 304, Bonita Springs, Dlorida 34135 on the following dates:

May 13, 2020 (Public Hearing)

June 10, 2020

July 8, 2020

August 12, 2020

September 9, 2020

The  Board of Supervisors meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.  A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from the District Office. There may be an occasion where one or more Supervisors will participate by speaker telephone.   

Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to contact the District Office, at least forty-eight (48) hours before the hearing.  If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) / 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Office.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that such person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
