Public Meetings Held During Public Heath Emergency due to COVID-19

While the September 9, 2020 has been canceld due to the current Public Health Emergency.  The October 14, 2020 Meeting will be open to the Public and will conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law and Community Development District, subject to recent Executive Orders 20-52, 20-69, 20-112, 20-114, 20-150, 20-179, and 20-193 issued by Governor DeSantis on March 9, 2020, March 20, 2020, April 29, 2020, June 23, 2020, July 29, 2020, and August 7, 2020 respectively.  The Meeting may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified in the record of such meeting.

At this time it is necessary to hold the above referenced meeting of the District's Board of Supervisors utilizing communications technology due to the current COVID-19 public health emergancy.  The District fully encourages public participation in a safe and efficient manner.  Toward that end, anyone wishing to listen and participate in the meeting can do so by calling the number and entering the following code on the date and time of the meeting.  Additionally, participants are encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager at JimWard@JPWardAssociates.com to facilitate the Board's consideration of such questions and comments during the meeting.
