Esplanade Lake Club Information
The May 12, 2021 will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law and Community Development District's due to the current COVID-19 public health emergency.
Further, please be adivsed that the Florida governors Office has declared a state of emergency due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As reported by the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization, COVID-19 can be spread from person-to-person through small droplets from the nose or mouth, including when an individual coughs or sneezes. These droplets may land on objects and surfaces. Other people may contract COVID-19 by touching these objects or surfaces, then touching their eyes, nose, or mouth. Therefore, merely cleaning facilities, while extremely important and vital in this crisis, may not be enough to stop the spread of the virus. Those with weakened immune systems may want to avoid the District's meeting in order to avoid a potential exposure to the virus.
That said, the District fully encourages public participation in a safe and efficient manner. Additionally, participants are encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager in advance at JimWard@JPWardAssociates.com to facilitate the Board's consideration of such such questions and comments during the meeting.
The Fiscal year 2021 Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Esplanade Lake Club Community Development District are scheduled to be held at 1:30 P.M. on the second Wednesday of each month at Waldrop Engineering, 28100 Bonita Grande Drive, Suite 305, Bonita Springs, Dlorida 34135 on the following dates:

The Board of Supervisors meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from the District Office. There may be an occasion where one or more Supervisors will participate by speaker telephone.
Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to contact the District Office, at least forty-eight (48) hours before the hearing. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) / 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Office.
A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that such person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
